He was going to draw circles in the background as a warm up for the letter C, but then he said he needed to draw lines. He counted as he drew them, and did better than ever. He made it to five without help (and without inserting any extra 2's in there). He's great from 5-9, but the first 5 numbers are tricky. Then, he glued circles into the shape of the letter C.
To make our C of circles into a caterpillar, we needed to add fuzzies. They were perfectly shaped like C's as well.

Your letter C looks GREAT! You guys look like you're having as much fun as we are with the alphabet. . .and arts n' crafts in general. Your little artist is so cute! Pom-pom fuzzies are a favorite in this house, too.
